Client Relationship Manager

„Aveko“ is an online furniture store that offers customers a full online selection and purchase of products, including internal installments, without banking procedures.

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager with the following responsibilities:

Main responsibilities: - Assisting customers in selecting and finding desired products; - Providing complete and detailed information about products; - Friendly communication with customers in accordance with the company's established standards; - Telephone communication and consultation with customers as needed. - When communicating with potential customers, discussing and offering all alternative possibilities to increase sales; - Making outgoing calls to sell the company's products; - Informing existing and potential customers about discounts, promotions, and special offers; - Fulfilling direct supervisor's instructions within the framework of current projects and tasks.

Job requirements: - Higher education; - Sales experience is required; - Knowledge of office programs (Microsoft Office) is required. - Knowledge of customer service principles and standards is desirable;

Personal characteristics: - Sense of responsibility; - Analytical thinking; - Detail-oriented.

Location: Tbilisi, I. Chavchavadze Ave. 39 Work schedule: 5 working days a week (Monday-Friday); Break: Saturday-Sunday; Working hours: 10:00–18:00. Salary: 800 GEL + bonus. Average monthly salary 1,500 GEL.
