The oil company "Connect" has been successfully operating on the Georgian market since 2014. Today, the company unites more than 150 objects across the country and offers customers oil products and related services.

As of 2025, "Connect" carries out its activities with its own oil terminal, which gives the company the opportunity to manage the entire cycle of import and distribution.

"Connect" announces a vacancy for the position of Lawyer.

Main working conditions:

Working schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 18:00 Workplace: Tbilisi, Saburtalo, University Street #8 Salary: determined according to the candidate's qualifications and experience

Main responsibilities:

Preparation of legal documents, acts, and contracts, legal expertise, and approval; Ensuring the legal compliance of the company's regulatory documentation; Representation of the company in court and in relations with third parties, based on relevant authorization; Legal review of statements and correspondence from individuals and legal entities; Monitoring of legislative changes and bringing the company's documentation into compliance with the legislation; Preparation, review, and legal expertise of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents; Identification, assessment of legal risks, and preparation of relevant recommendations; Provision of legal consultations to the company's structural units; Participation in the improvement of legal documentation and processes; Management of disputes, claims, and legal issues at the pre-trial stage and planning of relevant measures; Interaction with regulatory and state bodies and representation of the company's interests within the relevant authority; Participation in the development and update of internal policies, procedures, regulations, and other corporate documents.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in private law is required; At least 2 years of experience as a corporate lawyer is required; Experience working with contracts, including complex and different types of contracts, is required; Knowledge of English and Russian is desirable; Experience in developing and implementing internal policies, procedures, regulations, and other corporate documents is required; Knowledge of office programs (MS Office) is important.
