Key Responsibilities:
- Managing warehouse operations: receiving, storing, and issuing products and spare parts;
- Ensuring inventory accuracy and effective inventory management;
- Timely and accurate recording of inventory movements in the ERP system (1C);
- Maintaining warehouse organization standards, including location, labeling, and SKU management;
- Conducting periodic recounts and inventory, identifying and eliminating discrepancies;
- Daily coordination with production, logistics, and finance teams;
- Monitoring and improving key warehouse performance indicators (KPIs);
- Optimizing processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks;
- Compliance with labor safety and environmental protection (HSE) standards, internal control, and audit requirements;
- Managing relationships with suppliers and contractors related to warehouse issues.
Candidate Profile:
- Professional technical or higher education;
- At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management;
- Knowledge of warehouse documentation and process management;
- Good knowledge of warehouse management principles, including location (Bin Location), SKU, and nomenclature management;
- Experience in conducting inventories;
- Experience working with ERP systems (1C or similar);
- Fluent in Georgian, B1+ level in English;
- Basic knowledge of MS Office programs.
