ERP Junior Support Specialist

LLC "ICR Trade" is announcing a vacancy for the position of ERP Junior Support Specialist (Support). Work location: Tbilisi, David the Builder Avenue 125 Work schedule: Full-time

Main responsibilities - Provide primary support to employees on ERP system-related issues - Timely and effective resolution of system problems and questions recorded by employees; - Manage incident and request tickets throughout the entire cycle - determine priorities, control statuses, and escalate to the relevant team/supplier if necessary; - Participate in correctly identifying and formulating user needs and requests; - Identify, analyze, and participate in finding appropriate solutions to the root causes of problems; - Provide consultations on ERP system functionality, business processes, and usage rules; - Identify recurring problems and participate in developing appropriate improvements to prevent them; - Participate in improving the system and processes based on feedback received from employees. - Participate in testing, validating, and implementing system changes, updates, and new functionalities; - Participate in UAT processes and ensuring new functionalities are ready for business use;

Requirements - Experience working with ERP systems; - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) will be considered a significant advantage; - Experience in supporting ERP systems and diagnosing technical problems - Ability to analyze problems and identify causes; - Understanding of business processes and ability to correctly perceive user requests; - Ability to document requirements and communicate clearly - Ability to correctly prioritize and take responsibility; - Good communication skills; - Ability to work independently and quickly master new functionality; - Knowledge of English;
