Position objectives: - The primary goal of the Problem Loan Operator's activity is to administer/withdraw problem loans issued by the organization within 1 to 30 days, and to protect the organization's interests, communicate with borrowers/sureties/guarantors on behalf of the organization to ensure loan repayment.
Specific responsibilities: - Attracting, contracting, and communicating with new merchants to increase sales of banking products; - Working on, updating, and controlling databases of merchants in the portfolio; - Offering banking products to merchants and supporting sales; - Initiating and participating in organizing marketing campaigns to increase sales; - Agreeing on service conditions with merchants; - Processing and reviewing information received from merchants to improve processes, and initiating and implementing technical changes accordingly; - Registering new merchants in databases and activating relevant conditions; - Monitoring and fulfilling KPIs defined on a monthly and yearly basis.

Education: Higher.
Work experience: - Experience working in Merchant Acquisition/Onboarding; - Experience working in a similar or related position; - Preferably, experience working in corporate sales.
