HVAC Engineer

Company "Domus Development" is announcing a vacancy for the position of HVAC Engineer.

Main responsibilities:

** Preparation of design drawings and diagrams of water supply, heating-cooling, ventilation, and fire protection systems.

** Planning of HVAC and plumbing systems and production of engineering calculations based on the requirements of construction projects.

** Preparation of technical drawings and documentation in AutoCAD / ArchiCAD programs.

** Identification, analysis, and timely resolution of technical and fire protection problems arising during the construction process.

** Design of heating-cooling and ventilation systems for different types of buildings.

** Agreement of design solutions with architects and other engineering disciplines.

Main requirements:

** Higher education in engineering;

** At least 2 years of experience in designing HVAC systems, including performing engineering calculations;

** Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and one calculation program (e.g., HAP, Revit MEP, or similar);

** Knowledge and experience in applying international technical standards are desirable;

** Ability to work with attention to detail and effective collaboration with teams of various disciplines.
