Paid Internship in Concrete Plant Laboratory

"Haanwel Cement" has been operating in Georgia since 2006 and is a leading brand in the local cement and concrete market. The company owns cement plants in Kaspi and Rustavi, as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. Haanwel Cement is the sole producer of clinker in Georgia. The country's first concrete plant was launched in 2009. Currently, Haanwel Cement operates 15 concrete plants.

"Haanwel Cement" is announcing a paid internship in the concrete plant laboratory in Batumi.

Work location: Batumi, Shanidze's alley #8

Work schedule: 5 days a week (two days off per week)

Internship period: 3-6 months (with prospects for further employment)

Number of vacant positions: 1

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Familiarization with the duties and responsibilities of the position during the internship program;
• Participation in conducting sand-gravel, cement, crushed stone, and concrete analysis;
• Visiting construction sites to prepare samples;
• Testing concrete in laboratory and plant conditions;
• Involvement in calculating concrete composition;
• Business trips to concrete plants in the regions.

Requirements and skills:

• Higher education in the construction field
• Experience working with MS Office
• B-category driver's license
• Sense of responsibility
• Teamwork skills
• Effective communication skills
