Functions and responsibilities:
Ensuring full operational and functional maintenance of analyzers in all laboratory areas; Ensuring calibration and internal laboratory control procedures in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and established procedures; Performing external quality control procedures and uploading results to an online platform; group discussion of statistical analysis of results, analysis of invalid deviations, identification of potential causes, and implementation of elimination procedures; Ensuring operational maintenance procedures according to the manufacturer's calendar and relevant documentation in the registration form; Performing analytical procedures in a timely and high-quality manner; Processing test results, controlling and validating them in the laboratory information system; Strictly observing the chronology of reagent, calibration material, and control solution expiration dates; monitoring supplies; ensuring inventory management processes together with the inventory management specialist, identifying and monitoring arising needs; Discussing any problematic issues arising during the work process with the laboratory administrative team; Performing duties defined in internal procedures.
Basic requirements:
Higher education in biology or medicine; Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory process stages, ensuring analytical and post-analytical procedures; At least 1 year of work experience in professional activities.
