Job description

The HR Generalist is responsible for coordinating and daily management of the company's key HR processes, including selection, adaptation, HR administration, employee relations and development.

Key tasks:

** Participation in the development of annual goals, action plan and budget of the HR and Administrative Service

** Management of employee attraction, selection and integration processes into the company, in accordance with the company's policies and procedures

** Management of the full cycle of HR administration, including administration of employee benefits, management of data in HR software (OnDay), production, organization and updating of personal files and relevant HR documentation in accordance with the company's standards

** Management of employee relations - daily support and consultation of employees within the competence, counseling on HR and administrative issues, receiving feedback and coordinating response to relevant issues

** Coordination of implementation of the annual plan of employee training and development and monitoring of performance

** Identification, planning and coordination of implementation of initiatives for development and improvement of HR software in cooperation with the system implementer company

** Updating of company's internal regulations, HR policies, organizational structure and functional responsibilities documents as needed, ensuring communication with employees and monitoring their implementation

** Ensuring compliance of HR and administrative processes with ISO standards and participation in internal and external audits

** Initiation, planning and organization of internal corporate events

** Coordination of separate administrative issues as needed, including initiation of office purchases with the procurement service and redirection of incoming correspondence to relevant addresses

** Periodic reporting to the direct supervisor on performed work, current issues and results.

Requirements and necessary skills:

** Higher education in business administration or social sciences

** At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the production industry

** Experience working with HR software

** Knowledge of office programs

** English language skills are desirable at a medium level

** Knowledge of labor code

** Attention to detail and organization

** Effective communication skills
