About the Position
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist responsible for effectively managing the procurement process - from finding suppliers and negotiating commercial terms to full control of the delivery process.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of the procurement process; Communication with suppliers, receiving and preparing comparative analysis of offers; Negotiation of prices and commercial terms; Placement of orders and full control of the delivery process; Management of contracts, invoices, and other documentation related to procurement; Market research and search for new suppliers; Coordination with various departments to ensure procurement needs; Preparation of reports and analytical information.
Qualification Requirements:
Higher education (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields); Experience working in the procurement field; Fluent knowledge of English and Russian languages (required); High-level proficiency in MS Office programs; Experience working with ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
Personal Characteristics:
Analytical thinking and data processing skills; Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively; High sense of responsibility, organization, and time management skills; Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
