Lutecia announces a vacancy for a Cashier-Consultant position at the Batumi branch.

Work schedule: Schedule according to shifts (8-hour workday); Remuneration: Fixed (+ flexible bonus system) Rest - 6 days a month

Main functions and responsibilities: - Provide qualified assistance to customers in product selection and decision-making; - Offer effective and polite service; - Have a thorough knowledge of the products presented in the store; - Be focused on the constant growth of sales in the store, maintaining the interior and cleanliness. - Monitor the accuracy and placement of prices in the store; - Constantly take care of improving the quality of service;

Personal qualities: - Hard work and energy; - Communicativeness and proper speech; - High sense of responsibility; - Ability to manage conflict situations. - Ability to react quickly and work in a busy mode.

Necessary requirements: - Higher education; - Experience working in a similar position (preferably 1 year); - Experience working at a cash register (preferably at least 6 months) - Knowledge of English and Russian;
