Restaurant Manager

Grill More'' is announcing a vacancy for the position of Restaurant Manager.

Job Conditions: - Location: Tbilisi - Address: P. Kavtaradze St. N39 - Schedule: 14:00-01:00 or 15:00-02:00, 15 working days per month, - Minimum remuneration 2000 GEL (fixed + percentage of income) - Internal discounts at all our facilities - The company provides transportation and meals - The company participates in health insurance with a 30% contribution

Key Responsibilities: - Managing the daily activities of the restaurant - Ensuring guest satisfaction and goodwill by offering a positive environment and the best service - Active communication with customers, correct resolution of their requests / wishes / complaints - Constant review of products and, if necessary, searching for new suppliers - Managing the delivery service and quality control - Communication with the accountant and cash management - Setting and coordinating employee shifts - Evaluating employee performance and improving their productivity - Controlling compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms - Training existing and new employees - Reporting income and expenses - Developing protocols and rules for brand management to simplify its management - Responding to and processing incoming calls

Qualification Requirements: - Experience working in a similar position (at least 2 years) - Knowledge of English at a communicative level - Mobilized, responsible, and punctual - Ability to work in a stressful environment - Knowledge of Supra + or similar restaurant software - Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel programs
