Quality Control Inspector

The company announces a vacancy for the position of Quality Control Inspector (QC Inspector).

Main functions/responsibilities:

• Inspection of MEP works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) quality according to ITP (Inspection & Test Plan), Method Statements, applicable standards, and checklists:
• Verification of control points (Hold/Witness Point), including testing: pressure test, leak testing, electrical and functional tests;
• Monitoring of commissioning process;
• Material inspection: verification of certificates (MTC) and visual control;
• Identification, documentation, and photo fixation of non-conformities (NCR);
• Reporting and record-keeping (WIR, inspection records, test records);
• Monitoring of self-inspection process of site QC inspectors.

Qualification requirements:

• Technical/professional education (engineering, construction) or equivalent experience;
• At least 3 years of experience in MEP installation or inspection;
• Experience in MEP system installation or quality control on construction/mounting projects;
• English (at the level of reading technical documentation);
• Ability to read technical documentation (drawings, specifications);
• Basic MS Office (Excel) skills.

Working conditions:

• Work format: Monday-Friday; 10:00-19:00 or 09:00-18:00;
• Location: Tbilisi: Mukhran Machavariani 65;
• Need for business trips: visits to Tbilisi objects and regions as needed.
