We are seeking an ambitious and communicative Sales Manager who is fluent in English, possesses strong sales and negotiation skills, and is ready to work with the US market. We need a specialist who knows how to build trust-based relationships with clients, is driven by high results, loves communicating, and strives for professional development in an international environment.

What We Offer

Income in US dollars + performance bonuses ($1200 base salary)

100% remote work from any country

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Miami time (EST)

Key Responsibilities

Initial processing of inbound inquiries (warm/hot leads only)

Conducting short phone calls with prospective clients

Identifying client needs and qualifying requests against our services

Maintaining sales communication reporting

Delivering a high standard of customer service during the first contact phase

Requirements

Fluent English (American accent is highly valued)

Proven sales experience

Attention to detail, structured thinking, and empathy

Proficiency with Zoom, CRM systems, and Google Docs

Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Nice to Have

Experience working with US clients

Background in selling premium-segment services or products
