Sales Administrator/Coordinator

The "Hear Employment Agency" selection department is looking for an employee for the position of Sales Administrator/Coordinator.

The Hear Employment Agency was founded in 2006 and currently holds a leading position in the Georgian employment market.

Job Description: - Daily administrative support for the sales team - Communication with clients via email and phone, timely provision of necessary information - Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing necessary materials for meetings - Preparation/administration of commercial offers, presentations, contracts, and other documentation - Organization of invoices, reports, and sales-related documentation - Updating the client base, entering data, and controlling the accuracy of information - Coordination of communication with potential and existing client companies - Monitoring the progress of the sales process and updating necessary statuses - Coordination with internal departments and support for the execution of current tasks - Knowledge of the company's services/products and provision of information to clients as needed - Finding and preparing sales leads

Requirements: - Higher education - Desirable experience in sales coordination or sales support positions - Language skills: Georgian (native), Russian (fluent); English language is desirable, and proficiency in Armenian is a plus - Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint - Experience working with documentation, data processing, and lead generation - Motivated - Result-oriented - Quick learning ability - Ability to work in a stressful environment - Communicative - Detail-oriented - High sense of responsibility - Development-oriented - Assessment and analysis skills - Hardworking

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:30-18:30
