Product Procurement Manager

Distribution company "BMS" announces a vacancy for the position of Product Procurement Manager.

Company "BMS" has been operating on the Georgian market since 2002 and is one of the growing distribution and marketing companies in the country, which distributes premium brands: Frosch, Pasta Reggia, Vileda, Olio Basso, Wilkinson Sword, OE, Cotoneve, Emsal, Dr. Beckmann (and others).

Work location: Tbilisi, D. Guramishvili Avenue N64

Work schedule: 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.

Salary: 2000 - 3000 GEL, net.

Main responsibilities:

** Developing a procurement strategy and annual/monthly plans;

** Forecasting demand and efficiently managing inventory;

** Managing the entire product procurement cycle;

** Negotiating with suppliers, optimizing prices and cooperation conditions;

** Controlling procurement-related costs and product cost;

** Coordinating transportation, import and customs procedures;

** Analyzing inventory, sales and procurement and preparing periodic reports;

** Assessing supply risks and developing alternative solutions;

** Developing, standardizing procurement processes and effectively using the ERP system.

Qualification requirements

** Higher education in finance, economics or business administration;

** Experience working in procurement;

** High-level English language skills;

** High-level proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;

** Knowledge of Georgian tax legislation;

** Experience working with 1C program will be considered an advantage.
