Internship - IT Support Specialist

Company "Aresem Georgia Solutions" is announcing a paid internship in the IT department, for the position of IT Support Specialist.

The company provides organizations with the integration of operational and financial processes into a single system, increasing transparency, improving management quality, and making data-driven decisions. In addition to ERP solutions, the company also creates independent software projects tailored to the diverse business needs of various industries.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Zakaria Paliashvili St. 85

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, part-time, 30 hours per week.

Internship duration: 6 months

Functions and responsibilities:

• Support the IT manager in managing daily operations;
• Monitor the company's internal IT systems and identify technical problems;
• Control the functionality of network and software;
• Manage, repair, and coordinate the replacement process of IT equipment;
• Provide technical support to employees;
• Produce documentation on IT infrastructure-related issues;
• Participate in IT projects and work on improving processes;
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and security standards.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education or a final-year student in IT, technology, or a related field is preferred;
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
• Knowledge of basic principles of network infrastructure;
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems;
• No experience is required.
