Cost Estimator

The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Cost Estimator (Inspector of Object Cost Estimation Inspection).

Job type: Full-time;

Workplace: Tbilisi, A. Kazbegi st. N24g;

Remuneration: To be agreed.

Main tasks:

• Check the compliance of cost estimation documentation with current regulatory norms and their correctness;
• Check the compliance of cost estimation rules: labor costs, machine and equipment costs, and other norms;
• Check the compliance of material prices, construction resource prices for the corresponding period, and market prices if necessary;
• Check the percentage of overhead costs and planned profit;
• If the customer requires the cost estimate to comply with / inspect the project, check it against the presented project documentation;
• Check the specifications of the presented project materials;
• Check the volume log according to the specifications;
• Check based on the analysis of the cost estimate project, construction organization project, and technological part of the project;
• Prepare an inspection report.

Qualification requirements:

• Master's or equivalent academic degree in construction, economics, and / or business administration;
• At least 5 years of work experience as a construction cost estimator or construction cost inspection inspector or technical manager;
• In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory acts;
• Computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
