Main responsibilities: - To know the rules of all games currently being played in the casino and corresponding payouts. - To know the procedures for conducting each game's process. - To comply with all disciplinary, ethical, and hygiene norms established for his/her position. - To appear for work on the days and hours specified by the schedule. - To ensure that all made bets are within the minimum and maximum limits. - To act at card tables in accordance with the casino's established guidelines. - To exchange money for chips and vice versa. - To remind players of the game rules if necessary. - To keep an accurate analysis of bets, players' wins/losses. - To create a pleasant and entertaining atmosphere for players with his/her courtesy. - To report any illegal acts to his/her supervisor. - To perform technical and functional gaming duties as outlined by the casino management. - To be able to work with casino equipment (cards, counting chips, shuffles, chip machines, etc.) - To be responsible for protecting confidential information. - To be responsible for keeping the box of cards and chips constantly organized.
