Junior Insurance Manager

JSC "New Vision Insurance" is announcing a vacancy for a Junior Insurance Manager position in Kutaisi, in the retail sales direction.

Position: Junior Insurance Manager

Work schedule: Monday - Friday;

Both full-time and part-time or hybrid work regimes are considered; Work can be done remotely, and office working hours are determined by mutual agreement.

The amount of remuneration is based on performance (commission + bonus for the month from insurance policies realized by the Insurance Manager)

Location: Kutaisi, Freedom Street N65

Functions:

Searching for potential retail and small business customers and establishing communication with them; Introducing insurance conditions in detail to those interested in insurance and subscribing them to insurance policies; Organizing meetings with customers if necessary; Supporting customers during the insurance period, organizing meetings with them if necessary; Daily/weekly reporting to the immediate supervisor.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education, 3rd or 4th-year students are also considered; Basic knowledge of office programs; English and/or Russian language skills at a communicative level are desirable; Sales experience is desirable.

Competencies and skills:

Good written and verbal communication skills; Effective negotiation skills; Ability to plan and organize work; Orientation towards development.
