Work location: Tbilisi.

Work schedule: Part-time, remote

Key responsibilities:

** Timely response to incoming calls to the company;

** Organization of patient service;

** Qualified consultation of the customer about the company's product;

** Software accounting of calls, redirecting calls if necessary.

Job requirements:

** Higher education/ or a final-year student (preferably with a medical education);

** Desirable knowledge of English and Russian at a communicative level;

** Partnership (mutual assistance, cooperation, teamwork);
