Hanwell Cement is announcing a vacancy for a Project Manager position in the Electrical and Automation field. Work location: According to projects. Work schedule: 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00, Monday through Friday. Number of vacant positions: 1

Key responsibilities: - Planning and managing projects initiated in the electrical and automation direction to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and with the required quality; - Assisting other project managers in planning, administering, and managing the electrical and automation part of their projects; - Constant communication with the energy services of the plants, monitoring the technical condition of the plant's electrical economy, and initiating necessary projects; - Direct participation in the preparation of tender documentation for electrical and automation works, selection of contractors, and subsequent monitoring of the contractor's work performance in terms of costs, time, and quality; - Coordinating the design process of projects initiated in the electrical and automation direction, verifying final drawings and schemes, and transferring final documentation to the plant's energy service at the end of the project; - Regular checking of work processes, controlling the compliance of performed works with project documentation, controlling the observance of safety rules on site, controlling work progress according to the plan-schedule; - Evaluating installation works and providing relevant instructions for coordinating mechanical and electrical aspects of construction and installation; - Compliance with health protection and labor safety rules provided by the company's internal regulations and legislation; - Solving global issues related to the energy sector and reporting to management; - Managing electrical engineers of contractor companies, organizing and monitoring their daily activities; - Preparing current project status updates; - Performing other manager's instructions within the competence.

Qualification requirements and skills: - Higher education in the field of energy; - Knowledge of English; - Computer program knowledge; - Detail-oriented; - Communicative; - Quick thinking
