Kindergarten Manager

LLC Non-State Secular School "Albion" Kindergarten, "Future Albionian" is seeking a Kindergarten Manager (Director).

Requirements:

** Leads the kindergarten, is responsible for implementing the kindergarten management strategy.

** Creates appropriate conditions for the protection of children's safety, health and development and monitors its implementation.

** Implements the plan for fulfilling the requirements of the physical environment determined by the kindergarten management conditions.

** Monitors the proper performance of employees' job duties.

** Fulfills the written and verbal instructions of the founder-director related to job rights and responsibilities.

** Systematically monitors the pedagogical staff in the group by attending, evaluates the quality of their work and provides relevant recommendations.

** Ensures the compliance of the institution's activities and performs self-assessment with authorization standards.

Qualification requirements:

** Educator-Pedagogue Professional Standard

** The procedure for authorization of early childhood education and care or preschool education and care institutions, as well as temporary rules for suspension and termination of institutional authorization.

** "Standards for Authorization of Early Childhood Education and Care or Preschool Education and Care Institutions"

** "Requirements for the arrangement of infrastructure and material-technical base of early childhood education and care or preschool education and care institutions".

** Resolution of the Government of Georgia on Approval of State Standards for Early Childhood Education and Care and Preschool Education and Care.

** Law of Georgia on Early Childhood Education and Care and Preschool Education and Care.

** Technical regulation on approval of "Norms of Food Organization and Nutritional Value of Rations in Early Childhood Education and Care and Preschool Education and Care Institutions".

** Technical regulation on approval of sanitary and hygienic norms of early childhood education and care and preschool education and care institutions.

Salary: 2000 GEL.

Working hours: from 09:00 to 19:00.
