Head of Warehouse

"Kolkhi Group" (https://kolkhigroup.ge/), which operates on the construction market and is a solid/leading supplier of traditional and innovative construction materials and projects in Georgia, is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Warehouse (2 vacancies).

Location: Tbilisi, Tsereteli Avenue 101;

Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00, Saturday - 10:00-15:00

Main responsibilities:

Managing and full control of ongoing processes in the warehouse

Control/accounting of the process of receiving and issuing products

Activation of the surplus on the revenue service website when issuing cargo from the warehouse (violation of this will lead to material responsibility)

Studying and production of the warehouse program

Ensuring the safe storage of items in the warehouse

Warehouse inventory every 2 months

Ensuring the cleanliness and order of the warehouse

Thorough study of the existing and new assortment, its existing quantities

Physical assistance in receiving and issuing products

Development, supervision and control of persons under his/her supervision

Qualification requirements:

Higher or professional education (preferably in business administration or logistics).

At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of warehouse management (experience working in a warehouse of construction materials will be considered an advantage).

Experience in managing a team/personnel.

High-level knowledge of warehouse accounting programs (e.g. 1C Warehouse, Apex, Fina or other ERP systems).

Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, at a working level.

Knowledge of the specifics of construction materials, storage and transportation rules.

Knowledge of the rules of working with commodity invoices, acceptance acts and inventory documents.
