CRM Manager / Middle+

ZEXTER is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of CRM Manager (Middle+)

We are looking for a Middle-level CRM Manager or above with experience in iGaming to take ownership of CRM campaigns, player segmentation, and communications across the entire player lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and reactivation.

Responsibilities - Develop, launch, and optimize automated and triggered CRM journeys: Welcome, Retention, Reactivation, Churn Prevention, and others. - Segment the player base and work with different player groups based on their behavior, activity, and deposit history. - Launch communications via Email, SMS, Push, and In-App channels. - Develop bonus offers and promotional mechanics. - Conduct A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities. - Analyze key CRM metrics: Conversion to Deposit, Retention, LTV, Bonus Cost, and ROI. - Prepare and analyze CRM campaign reports.

Requirements - 1–2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention within iGaming. - Middle level or above, ability to independently launch, manage, and analyze CRM campaigns. - Strong understanding of key iGaming metrics: LTV, NGR, Retention Rate, Bonus Cost, and ROI. - Experience working with different player segments and a solid understanding of the player lifecycle. - Experience building automated CRM/Journey flows and triggered communications. - Understanding of segmentation, personalization, and bonus mechanics. - Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Experience with GR8 will be a strong advantage.
