In order to expand the team, we are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Online Sales Manager, who will be responsible for increasing sales on Glovo and Wolt platforms, managing products/menu and controlling daily online operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Daily management of company pages/stores on Glovo and Wolt platforms; - Updating products and menu, controlling prices, descriptions and photo materials; - Monitoring online orders and ensuring smooth sales process; - Planning and implementing various offers, promotions and discounts to increase sales; - Working on correct product placement and improving visibility on platforms; - Monitoring sales, orders, average check and other key indicators; - Analyzing sales results and suggesting ways for improvement; - Communicating with Glovo and Wolt representatives and resolving current issues; - Timely identification of order-related problems and coordination with relevant teams; - Controlling inventory and availability to ensure products are constantly active and available on online platforms; - Preparing daily/weekly sales reports; - Searching for new opportunities for sales growth and implementing initiatives.
