Accountant

A retail sales company is announcing a vacancy for an accountant position, part-time.

We are looking for a responsible and organized accountant who will be able to independently manage the company's daily financial and accounting processes.

Work format:

3 days a week onsite work Remote work on the remaining days Part-time Salary: fixed 1,500 GEL

Main responsibilities:

Accounting of retail sales and revenues; Accounting of company expenses and production of relevant documentation; Control and accounting of banking operations; Settlement with suppliers and other counterparty; Calculation and transfer of employee salaries; Control of tax liabilities; Preparation and submission of declarations; Management of processes related to customs declaration of imported cargo; Processing and organization of primary accounting documentation; Control of waybills, invoices and other financial documents; Accounting of accounts receivable and payable; Periodic reconciliation of company's financial movements; Preparation of financial information and short reports for management.

Requirements:

Practical experience of working as an accountant; Knowledge of Georgian tax legislation; Experience of working with RS.ge and relevant electronic systems; Experience of working with banking operations; Desirable experience of working in retail trade or import; Practical knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; Accuracy, high level of responsibility and organization; Ability to work independently and manage work processes in a timely manner.
