About the position:

• We are looking for a Raw Materials Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for the effective management of several warehouses under the company's supervision, organization and control of warehouse operations, accurate inventory accounting, and ensuring the smooth functioning of warehouses.

Key functions and responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the activities of several warehouses under the company's supervision;

• Ensure effective management of processes for receiving, placing, storing, moving, and issuing products in warehouses;

• Ensure rational use and organization of warehouse space;

• Ensure accurate and correct accounting of inventory in warehouses;

Manage inventory movements in accordance with FIFO/FEFO principles and daily control of their safety;

• Monitor the shelf life of raw materials, identify stocks at risk of expiration in a timely manner, and inform relevant structural units;

• Ensure accounting and traceability of raw material batches (lots) from receipt to release into production;

• Constantly monitor warehouse balances and ensure compliance of actual data with accounting systems and documentation;

• Plan, organize, and control the results of the inventory process;

• Control the quantitative and visual condition of received goods;

• Check the shelf life of raw materials, packaging integrity, accompanying documentation (including quality certificates), and, if necessary, transportation temperature upon receipt;

• Isolate (quarantine/block) non-compliant, damaged, or expired raw materials, record them, and notify the quality control service in a timely manner;

• Ensure timely issuance of products according to orders;

• Control the maintenance of order, safety, sanitary-hygienic conditions, and established standards in warehouses;

• Identify opportunities for improving warehouse operational processes and implement relevant initiatives;

• Organize the activities of warehouse employees, distribute tasks, and monitor their performance;

• Monitor employee work discipline and compliance with established procedures;

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth implementation of warehouse operations;

• Prepare reports related to warehouse activities;

• Perform other tasks related to warehouse activities.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education;

• At least 3 years of experience working in the field of warehouse management;

• Experience in managing several warehouses or a large-scale warehouse;

• Knowledge of warehouse operational processes and inventory rules;

• Team management experience;

• Experience working in the food or beverage production sector will be considered an advantage;

• Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel;

• Experience working with warehouse management/ERP software systems will be considered an advantage.
