IT Support Specialist

"Business and Technology University" is announcing a vacancy for the position of IT Support Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

** Technical support for employees (Help Desk) - diagnosis and resolution of technical problems;

** Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other office equipment;

** Basic support for network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi) and response to network incidents;

** Installation, configuration, and provision of software updates;

** Processing of requests received through the ticket system (Helpdesk/ServiceDesk) within the established deadlines;

** Assistance to employees with computer equipment and software-related issues;

** Ensuring the proper functioning of computer equipment and software in auditoriums and other educational spaces;

** Installation/dismantling of network and other IT devices if necessary;

** Performance of other activities related to the functions of the position.

Qualification requirements:

** At least 1 year of experience in a similar position - desirable;

** Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems;

** Basic knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP);

** Experience in administering Active Directory and Office 365 - desirable;

** Practical skills in working with computer equipment and software;

** Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical problems;

** Teamwork and effective communication skills.

Remuneration - 1000-1200 GEL, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications (excluding taxes established by Georgian legislation).
