About the Role The Retail Project Management Unit of Bank of Georgia is seeking a Senior Retail Project Analyst to support high-impact retail banking projects through sharp analysis, process optimization, and data-driven insights. We are looking for an exceptionally sharp, analytical thinker with banking experience who enjoys breaking down complex processes, is comfortable working with numbers, and knows how to turn findings into practical, measurable improvements. Main Responsibilities: - Analyzing existing retail banking processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization;

• Conducting gap analysis by mapping current (AS-IS) and optimized (TO-BE) states using BPMN 2.0, while maintaining comprehensive process documentation;

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into clear functional requirements, user stories, and project deliverables;

• Preparing data-driven analyses, business cases, and financial estimates (cost-benefit, impact assessment) to support project decisions;

• Partnering with Project Managers to co-manage project planning and tracking, with direct responsibility for monitoring timelines, dependencies, and progress;

• Working closely with cross-functional teams from IT, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented;

• Defining and monitoring project and process KPIs, building reports and dashboards, and presenting insights to stakeholders and senior leadership;

• Participating in solution testing and post-implementation reviews to confirm that changes deliver the expected results.

Requirements to Succeed: - A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the banking sector (required), ideally in business analysis, process optimization, or project-related roles;

• Proven hands-on experience in process optimization and improvement initiatives;

• A solid understanding of retail banking products (loans, deposits, cards, payments, digital channels) and related operations;

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, sharp logical thinking, and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues;

• High comfort working with numbers and data, including advanced Excel skills;

• Ability to model business processes (preferably using BPMN standards) using visualization and diagramming tools such as Miro, MS Visio, Draw.io, or Mermaid;

• Good command of English, both written and spoken;

• The ability to structure information and present findings in a clear and concise manner;

• Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a high sense of ownership.

Desirable Qualifications: - Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis and visualization tools;

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (relevant certification is a plus);

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or equivalent platforms;

• Understanding of banking regulatory requirements.
