"Amelie Flowers Shop" is announcing a vacancy for a florist position.

Remuneration: 1500-2000 GEL

Employment type: Full-time / 40 hours per week

About the company

Amelie has been occupying a leading position in the field of flowers, bouquets, and decorations for 10 years. The team establishes new standards for cut flower care, storage, and sales in the country, constantly increasing the quality of products and services, and therefore, owns the largest share of online and in-store sales in the country.

Amelie was the first to create a professional florist school in 2017 and has trained many florists. Every time, the selection of candidates was made from the graduates of Amelie's school, but this is a rare case when external candidates are given the opportunity to join the team.

Job description

We are looking for a florist with at least 1 year of experience working in a similar industry, who likes Amelie's style and wants to become part of the team.

Managers, shift florists, assistant florists, couriers are constantly present in the store, but labor and responsibilities are distributed equally among employees, regardless of the occupied position, work experience in the company, and workload.

Main responsibilities:

• Compliance with the company's internal regulations
• Storage, care, and maintenance of received flowers and entrepreneurial materials.
• Receiving daily orders through various channels
• Preparation of daily orders
• Initiatives for creating new bouquets, preparation for photo shoots
• Knowledge of products on the company's website
• Working in the company's program
• Maintaining the visual order and aesthetics of the store
• Inventory control
• Participation in organizing events, decorating, and creating decorations
• Providing services to customers in accordance with the company's standards

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a florist
• Energy and efficiency
• Responsibility and attention to details
• Ability to work in a team and communicate
• Basic knowledge of Georgian and preferably English.

Candidates will be selected after a 1-week paid trial period; the main selection criteria are efficiency and compliance with the company's style.
