"Toyota Center Tbilisi" is announcing a vacancy for a Greeter position.

Main duties and responsibilities of the Greeter: Creating the first positive impression for visitors through energetic, friendly, and professional communication. Receiving/serving guests and potential clients (in the showroom). Identifying customers' needs and directing them accordingly (to sales, service representatives, etc.). Introducing Toyota values and services to customers, emphasizing the company's reliability and quality. Maintaining work standards and effectively overcoming possible obstacles. Active participation in receiving feedback and the improvement process. Achieving/ exceeding defined individual and team goals. Being part of a professional, friendly, and result-oriented work environment. Offering coffee/water to guests and creating a comfortable atmosphere. Controlling the cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom, reacting promptly when necessary. Checking the availability of promotional materials in the showroom and replenishing them in a timely manner if needed.

Required skills and qualifications: This is not an administrative/customer service position - strong communication and sales skills are essential. English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level is mandatory; knowledge of another foreign language is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Effective time management and ability to multitask. Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new situations. Competitive nature and inner motivation to achieve goals and self-improvement. Familiarity with technology (computer, software, telephone systems). Professional behavior and high sense of responsibility. Ability to work in a distraction-free environment.

Additional information: Workplace: Tbilisi, D. Aghmasheneblis Kheivani 116 Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30, Saturday 09:30-14:00.
