Economic Specialist

"Alte University" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Economic Specialist.

Workplace: Tbilisi, University St. N 10, "Alte University" campus

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00

Main functions/responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth functioning of the university's infrastructure.
• Monitoring the condition of utility systems (electricity, water supply, heating/cooling, ventilation) and responding appropriately in case of malfunctions;
• Periodic inspection of the university building and fixed assets, and making repairs or replacements as needed;
• Changing or repairing light bulbs, switches, locks, small equipment, and other details;
• Identifying and eliminating current economic and technical problems;
• Monitoring office cleaning and hygiene standards, and interacting with cleaning personnel;
• Supporting technical or organizational changes in the office (e.g., moving furniture, assisting with moving items, etc.);
• Supporting the planning and execution of events, including participating in the movement/arrangement of furniture and inventory;
• Quick response to and timely resolution of technical problems reported by employees.

Basic requirements:

• Full general, professional, or higher education (technical background preferred);
• Experience working in an economic or technical position will be considered an advantage.
