We are looking for a Business Process Monitoring Specialist in "Archi" and his main functions will be: - Participation in the development of business process monitoring policy; - Monitoring, evaluation, analysis and reporting of processes according to the policy and periodicity introduced in the company. - Monitoring of processes in real time and space (including completed and ongoing construction sites). - Analysis of violations identified as a result of monitoring, documentation and preparation of recommendations for elimination of violations. - Control of deadlines for implementation of given recommendations. - Production of a register of process violations and analysis of trends; - Initiation of changes necessary for optimization based on the analysis of existing processes and procedures (including the use of As-is and To-be models); - Analysis of the compliance of different processes, standards and policies; - Periodic audit of existing process documents and preparation of recommendations for updating; - Active communication and feedback with structural units involved in the business process; - Identification of opportunities for automation of processes in CRM;
Qualification requirements: - Higher education (preferably in business administration); - At least 2 years of experience in relevant field; - Very good verbal and written communication; - Knowledge of English; - High-level knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Visio.
