Junior Data Analyst

"Georgia Clinics" is announcing a vacancy for a Junior Data Analyst in the head office.

"Georgia Clinics" is the largest hospital network in Georgia.

Work location: Tbilisi, Tsinadze str. N24 A Working schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00

Main duties and responsibilities:

Preparation of financial, operational and clinical business reports based on information obtained from databases, under the direct instructions of the immediate supervisor;

Receiving, clarifying and fulfilling reporting requests from structural units within agreed deadlines;

Timely execution of regular - daily, weekly and monthly - reporting cycles;

Participation in processing company expenses and revenue data for the purpose of automating reporting;

Involvement in automation of reporting processes;

Extracting data from SQL databases using ready-made queries and procedures and reflecting them in Power BI reports;

Current support of reports available in Power BI - updating data, adjusting visuals and filters, and creating simple reports;

Updating SSRS paginated reports, adjusting parameters and formatting, and creating simple new reports;

Updating the budget control file and filling in data;

Assistance in preparation of analytical reports and presentations for management;

Checking the correctness and completeness of prepared reports, identifying possible discrepancies in data and informing the immediate supervisor about them;

Documenting prepared reports and used queries;

Periodic reporting to the immediate supervisor;

Gradual mastering of work instruments introduced in the department, data structure and reporting procedures;

Requirements and skills:

** Higher education or student status in the final course in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Information Technology;

** No work experience is required - this position is designed for a candidate at the beginning of their career;

** Experience working or interning in analytics or the medical field will be considered an advantage;

** High-level knowledge of office programs, especially MS Excel (formulas, PivotTable, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data processing, and cleaning);

** Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles is desirable;

** Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and SSRS / Report Builder will be considered an advantage (the company provides training for candidates in these technologies);

** English language proficiency at least B1/B2 level;

The obtained information is stored with the employer for no more than 3 (three) years, and in case of any disputed issues that may be related to the candidate or the obtained information, until the relevant dispute is resolved. In this case, if there are disputed circumstances, the employer is entitled to transfer the obtained information to the relevant competent authorities. Also, the data sent by the candidate may not be considered for this vacancy and may be reserved for another relevant vacancy. In case of employment, the candidate's data will be stored for at least the entire period of employment.
