The company "ILARIA" is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for a partner company:

MAVA, the official representative of leading premium brands in the global fashion industry in Georgia, which combines international and local brands, including Emporio Armani, Zadig & Voltaire, Armani Exchange, and New Trend, is seeking a strong Digital Marketing Manager.

The main goal of this position is to manage and develop MAVA's digital growth in the areas of online sales, advertising campaign effectiveness, customer relationship management (CRM), customer retention, and digital analytics. We are looking for someone who can both create a strategy and implement it in practice.

Main functions and responsibilities:

**Create and implement a digital growth strategy;

**Develop and manage an online sales marketing strategy;

**Improve conversion rates, user journey, and online revenue on the online platform;

**Manage the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and control advertiser performance;

**Analyze the results of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns;

**Strategically and daily manage CRM;

**Create and manage customer segmentation;

**Develop and manage email/SMS campaigns and marketing automation;

**Develop VIP, customer retention, and repeat purchase programs;

**Monitor and manage SEO agency and other external partners;

**Monitor Google Analytics / GA4 and digital performance indicators (KPI);

**Analyze ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rates, and revenue;

**Make data-driven decisions and constantly optimize digital growth.

**Collaborate with the brand manager and manage joint campaigns.

Requirements and necessary skills:

** At least 5 years of work experience in digital marketing;

** Practical knowledge and experience in online sales;

** Knowledge of managing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and experience in evaluating and optimizing campaign results;

** Practical experience in CRM and customer retention marketing - creating customer segmentation, independently setting up and running Email/SMS campaigns, creating marketing automation and Customer Journey, and analyzing their results;

** Good knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and the ability to analyze key digital indicators - ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, sales conversion, and revenue;

** Experience in managing agencies and external specialists - correctly formulating tasks, controlling execution, and evaluating results;

** High-level English language skills.

** Experience working in the fashion, premium/luxury retail, premium banking, beauty, e-commerce, or other premium segments will be considered a significant advantage.
