"Marco Polo Hotel Gudauri" is a historical hotel built in 1988, which played a crucial role in the development of Gudauri as a mountain-ski resort.

The 123-room hotel operates year-round and also includes three high-category chalets. The "Marco Polo Hotel Gudauri" features the "Soliko" restaurant, lobby and lounge bars, a SPA center with saunas and an indoor pool, as well as open and closed paddle courts. The hotel also has an entertainment zone with bowling, which is unique in the region.

Conditions:

** Reporting: to the Registrations Department Manager

** Work location: Gudauri, Kazbegi Municipality (the company provides accommodation, meals, and health insurance)

** Work rate and schedule: full-time, 4 working days and 4 days off, alternating

** Salary: 1300 GEL

Function-responsibilities:

** Establish polite and pleasant, effective communication with hotel staff and guests

** Manage the process of receiving and accommodating guests in the hotel, in accordance with established standards

** Complete management of guest registration (Check In) and farewell (Check Out) procedures, in accordance with hotel standards and electronic system

** Provide information to interested parties about hotel rooms, services, prices, and availability, and find and provide other relevant information if necessary

** Receive and effectively manage guest complaints

** Manage incoming reservations, calls, letters, emails, and other types of correspondence

** Collect/process necessary registration cards, keys, and other required inventory/data for guests

** Complete management/implementation of shift start and end procedures (including shift handover and information sharing with representatives of other departments)

** Manage the procedure of financial settlements with hotel guests, in accordance with established standards

** Establish effective communication with representatives of other hotel departments

** Effectively offer hotel services and spaces to guests and interested parties

** Receive guest feedback to improve their experience

** Initiate issues for improvement with immediate supervisor

What we expect from you:

** Experience working in a similar position and experience working with the Opera system will be considered an advantage

** Knowledge of English (knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage)

** Computer and office program skills
