Technician

UNICOM is announcing a vacancy for a Technician at its Kutaisi branch.

Workplace: Kutaisi, Grand Mall, Chavchavadze Avenue #67 Work Schedule: 40 hours per week Remuneration: Fixed 1,000 GEL + performance-based bonus Estimated total income: 1,500-2,000 GEL per month

Main Responsibilities:

• Primary diagnosis of computers, laptops, smartphones, and other equipment;
• Software adjustment of computers and mobile devices;
• Installation of Windows, drivers, and necessary programs;
• Data transfer and initial configuration of devices;
• Assistance in setting up user accounts, email, and various services;
• Software support for Android and iOS devices;
• Identifying the causes of technical problems and explaining them to the user in an understandable way;
• Recording of performed services and adherence to established procedures;
• Ensuring the quality of service and organization of the workplace;
• Offering additional technical services to the customer if necessary.

Qualification Requirements:

• Good knowledge of computer and mobile technology;
• Experience working with Windows and Android operating systems;
• Basic knowledge of iOS and iCloud functions;
• Ability to diagnose software and technical problems;
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
• Ability to communicate politely and clearly with customers;
• Desire to work in a team and develop.

• Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
