General Assistant / Game Instructor

Lazer Lounge is looking for an energetic General Assistant / Game Instructor.

Lazer Lounge is an entertainment space for children and adults, whose main direction is laser tag (a game similar to paintball), although we also have gaming rooms, table tennis, karaoke, mini-cinema and other entertainment options. Our main customers are children celebrating birthdays, and adult groups who want adrenaline and active relaxation. We are located behind Karvasla, near the Station Square.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers; - Serve drinks and food; - Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the space - clean tables, vacuum, organize toilets, bar and other areas; - Instruct and lead laser tag games; - Perform additional tasks as needed, such as going to the store to buy necessary items.

For additional payment, if desired: - Conduct animation programs (various games, competitions, etc.).

Requirements: - A responsible and punctual person who can strictly follow protocols and instructions; - A friendly and energetic/enthusiastic personality who can manage a group of excited customers; - A flexible attitude towards responsibilities - you notice what needs to be done or what can be improved; - Customer-oriented attitude; - A love for working with children (7 years and older) is essential; - Languages: the more languages you speak, the more work you can do. In addition to Georgian, knowledge of at least B1+ level English and/or Russian is required. Language skills will be checked during the interview.

Terms: - A pleasant work environment with young colleagues; - A completely flexible schedule, work when you want to. - Shifts usually start at 14:50 and end between 22:30-23:15 (approximately 8 hours); - Estimated work volume per month (except summer season): 20-60 hours, depending on your available work hours, language skills and season; - Payment for an 8-hour shift - 70 GEL/shift. However, most often we need an employee for only a few hours; - If you don't want a full shift, the hourly wage is 10 GEL per hour, with a minimum payment of 2.5 hours. - Tips and commissions; - Pension contributions.
