Main responsibilities:
Planning and management of initiated projects in the electrical and automation direction to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the required quality; Assisting other project managers in planning, administration, and management of the electrical and automation parts of their projects; Constant communication with the energy services of the plants, monitoring the technical condition of the plants' electrical economy, and initiating necessary projects; Direct participation in the preparation of tender documentation for electrical and automation works, selection of contractors, and monitoring of contractors' work performance in terms of costs, time, and quality; Coordination of the design process for initiated projects in the electrical and automation direction, verification of final drawings and schemes, and transfer of final documentation to the plant's energy service at the end of the project; Regular checking of work processes, control of compliance of performed works with project documentation, control of safety rules on site, and control of work progress according to the plan-schedule; Evaluation of installation works and provision of relevant instructions for coordination of mechanical and electrical aspects of construction and installation; Compliance with health protection and labor safety rules provided by the company's internal regulations and legislation; Solving global issues related to the energy sector and reporting to management; Management of electrical engineers of contractor companies, organization and monitoring of their daily activities; Preparation of current project status reports; Performance of other manager's instructions within the competence.
