IT Support Specialist

Company "ITConnect" is announcing a paid internship for the position of IT Support Specialist.

Salary: depends on experience and qualifications

Working hours: Monday-Friday (10:00-19:00)

Location: Tbilisi, Chavchavadze Avenue

Main responsibilities:

** Configuration, monitoring and diagnostics of video cameras and recording systems;

** Installation and configuration of office programs, email, printers and scanners;

** Support for hotel programs (Opera, Micros, Simphony, MC), communication with HRS and ticket management;

** Periodic preventive visits to user objects;

** Configuration and diagnostics of telephone stations and devices;

** Ensuring the proper functioning of audio/video equipment in conference rooms;

** Selection, assembly and setup of computer equipment as needed;

** Registration of incidents in the Helpdesk system and timely response to tickets;

** Management of the monitoring system, configuration of devices and sensors;

** Administration of dashboards and alerts;

** Taking, restoring and monitoring offline backups of servers and file storages;

** Configuration of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and network optimization;

** Coordination of technical issues with Internet providers;

** Checking, analyzing and timely responding to system logs;

** Cable laying and equipment installation at facilities as needed;

** Operational response to critical notifications.

Qualification requirements:

** At least 2 years of work experience in technical support;

** Good knowledge of computer equipment and network devices;

** Experience working with Helpdesk and monitoring systems;

** Knowledge of video camera configuration and IT infrastructure diagnostics;

** Knowledge of network device configuration (Router, Switch, Firewall);

** Experience in managing backups and system logs;

** Ability to quickly diagnose and solve technical problems;

** Experience in coordinating technical issues with providers.
