Job Responsibilities:

Provide customers with the desired information through incoming calls; Consult customers on the rules of using the service; Resolve the needs recorded by the customer;

Education:

Higher education or a student in the final year; Experience working with office programs; Knowledge of English and Russian is required; No experience necessary.

Personal qualities and skills/competencies:

Communicativeness; Persuasive communication; Ability to work in a team; Desire for development.
