Bemoni is announcing a vacancy for the position of Construction Supervisor.

Work location: Gori, Berbuki settlement

Functions and responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, and daily coordination of construction works together with the Project Manager; Control of work performance in accordance with project documentation, technical requirements, and applicable construction norms; Participation in planning and effective use of resources (human resources, materials, equipment, and mechanisms) required for the object; Monitoring of construction progress, deadlines, and volume of work performed; Production of technical documentation and preparation of daily reports; Coordination of subcontractors' activities and control of work performed; Control of compliance with labor safety, quality standards, and technical requirements; Accounting of work performed and preparation of form №2.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in engineering and construction or other relevant technical fields; At least 5 years of experience working in the same or similar position; Good knowledge of construction norms and technical standards; Knowledge of English and/or Russian is desirable; Knowledge of MS Office and engineering programs (AutoCAD, Archicad) will be considered an advantage; B category driver's license.
