Daily work specifics will include:
- Project implementation: analysis of client's work processes, analysis of business needs, offering optimal software configuration, setting up modules (CRM, accounting, inventory management, etc.), coordinating development and managing project deadlines.
- Preparing the client for the project: informing and training client's teams to ensure successful software adoption.
- Risk identification and reporting: identifying and managing risks during the project; producing project documentation and reports.
- Requirements analysis & GAP analysis: studying client's business processes, comparing them with Odoo's standard capabilities, and preparing functional tasks.
- Collaboration with third parties: planning and managing integrations with third-party systems (RS.ge, banks, etc.).
- Data migration & QA: managing initial data migration and testing developed functionality before handing over to the client.
- Preparing the client & Go-Live: training teams, handing over the system, and providing post-launch support.
You will definitely need:
- Experience in implementing at least 10 Odoo projects
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong project management skills and knowledge of methodologies (Kanban, Scrum/Agile)
- Knowledge of project management systems (Jira, Trello, or similar tools)
- Experience working with LLM models
- Knowledge of Georgian and English languages
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong team management and communication skills
