Main responsibilities:
Making outgoing calls to customers to offer and sell the company's product; Working with hot leads; working in CRM system; Filling out online applications for interested customers; Coordinated work with relevant departments depending on the issue; Ensuring the quality of service and adherence to SLA standards.
Requirements and skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Experience in telephone sales and/or working in a call center; Attention to detail; High sense of responsibility.
