HR Manager

LLC "Boom Group" is a non-alcoholic, refreshing beverage manufacturing company.

The organization is looking for an HR Manager for its own team.

Main responsibilities:

** Developing a culture strategy - defining organizational values, mission, and vision and adapting them to the company's business goals;

** Managing internal communication - creating transparent and open communication channels/systems to ensure equal access to all kinds of information, news, and changes for everyone;

** Recruitment - managing vacancies, searching for and interviewing candidates;

** Onboarding - welcoming new employees and facilitating the adaptation process;

** HR administration - maintaining employee personal files, documentation, and contracts in compliance with the Labor Code;

** Recording working hours (time sheet), managing leaves and insurance;

** Supporting the employee evaluation system, encouraging employee achievements, initiatives, and behaviors that reflect the company's values;

** Measuring employee engagement and satisfaction: conducting regular surveys, analyzing results, and developing action plans for improvement; managing the employee departure process;

** Ensuring a healthy work environment and well-being - organizing psychological safety, work-life balance, and various corporate events;

** Internal corporate culture - organizing team activities and team-building events;

Requirements:

** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field;

** At least 3 years of experience working in the HR field;

** In-depth knowledge of Georgia's Labor Code; preference will be given to candidates familiar with the regulatory legislation of the food industry;

** Proficiency in office programs (MS Office);

** Good communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

** Fluency in Georgian and English, conversational Russian.
