Main responsibilities:

Guests' reception, placement and subsequent farewell according to the standards existing in the hotel; Providing guests with the desired information about rooms, tariffs and other services available in the hotel; Receiving incoming phone calls and providing relevant information; Registration of guests in the system and execution of relevant financial operations; Performance of various administrative tasks; Action in accordance with the hotel service standards.

Skills:

Hospitality; Politeness; Fluent knowledge of English and Georgian languages, both verbal and written; Ability to work in a team; Good communication skills; Sense of responsibility and attention to detail; Flexibility; Knowledge of the PMS program "Opera" will be considered an advantage.
