Main responsibilities: - Knowledge of microbiological research methods, required tools, measuring equipment, and their operation rules, in accordance with the requirements of canned products and raw materials, national standards, and technical instructions; - Monitoring of test results of raw materials, auxiliary materials, finished products, production lines, and surfaces of pouring machines, as well as microbial sowing of air, based on methodical documents and instructions, and corresponding documentary production; - Taking analytical samples as needed, both from produced products and current control points of technological processes; - Preparation of microbiological nutrient media for microbiological tests; - Maintenance, calibration, and cleaning of laboratory equipment; - Bringing laboratory equipment and measuring devices for microbiological analyzes to a working condition; - Supporting the Quality Management Department in daily activities as needed;
Qualification requirements: - Incomplete higher education (in the fields of biotechnology, biology, and agrarian sciences); - Experience in chemistry or microbiology is desirable; - MS Office; - Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
Skills/Personal competencies: - Good communication skills; - Problem assessment and solving skills; - Detail-oriented; - Ability to work under tight deadlines/ in a stressful regime.
