Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Class Coordinator)

Functions:

Conduct personal development hour in the coordinated class.

** Prepare in advance for the personal development hour, find materials and develop relevant activities;

** Ensure that students are accommodated in their classes after arriving at school and meet with parents after the lesson process;

** Pay attention to students during breaks;

** Ensure students' personal hygiene, take them to lunch, organize meals and return to class;

** Organize and control students' free time.

** Conduct recreational or educational events for students after the lesson period;

** Participate in school-planned activities;

** Ensure order and discipline in the class and take care of students' safety;

** Protect and not disclose other people's personal data that became known due to professional activities;

** Establish a partnership relationship with students' parents and other persons involved in the student's upbringing and development process;

** In the absence of a teacher, pay attention to children;

** Help students solve academic or other problems.

** Perform obligations provided by Georgian legislation.

** If necessary, attend remedial classes and have information about students' academic or behavioral status.

** Inform the student and their parents at the beginning of the academic year about the expected consequences of missing lessons;

** Organize parent-teacher conferences and individual meetings with parents.

** Submit to the management a list of students with frequent absences.

** Investigate the reasons for a student's absence from a lesson or late arrival and inform the parent;

** If necessary, send a written invitation to the parent or contact them by phone
