Payment Product Sales Promoter - Tbilisi

Bank of Georgia's Payment Management Department is announcing a vacancy for a Payment Product Sales Promoter position in Tbilisi.

Main functions: - Finding new partners, planning and implementing on-site visits;

• Identifying customer needs and presenting relevant products;

• Determining tariffs within the delegated rights;

• Signing contracts, connecting to the network, and providing ongoing support;

• Recording and properly maintaining contracts (filing);

• Monitoring devices in partner companies' networks, identifying discrepancies (technical functionality, visual, stickers, etc.), and ensuring resolution.

• Mandatory qualification requirements:

Qualification requirements:

Education: University student in the final year or a degree holder,

Work experience: - At least one year of experience working in a bank's front office is desirable;

• Knowledge of payment products (services) will be considered an advantage.

Knowledge and skills: - Meeting management and presentation skills;

• Negotiation and sales techniques;

• Responsibility and discipline;

• Attention to detail;

• Knowledge of computer office programs;

• Customer service skills (politeness, willingness to help and pay attention to customers, correct redirection, error correction);

• Language skills: Georgian - fluent; knowledge of English is desirable;

• Effective communication skills: clearly and argumentatively expressing thoughts;

• Quick performance, attention to detail, logical thinking, and organization.
